Selling through ArtCarma

Framing and Mounting
While many of the original artworks featured on ArtCarma are sold unframed, as we find they often look stunning without frames, you can still select frames if needed. Some customers prefer to frame the artworks themselves, while others opt for pieces that come framed.

If a piece is framed, this detail will be clearly mentioned on the artwork’s description page, and you will see the frame in the accompanying photo.

Artwork Dimensions
Please note that the thumbnail images of artworks displayed in the gallery view may not accurately reflect the actual size of the artworks. To ensure you know exactly how large a piece is, we recommend checking the artwork’s dimensions on the individual details page.

Delivery Charges and Times
Shipping within the is included in the price of the artwork, so the price you see is the final amount you’ll pay. There are no additional delivery charges added during checkout.

Artworks are shipped directly from the artist’s studio or the supplying gallery, so packaging may vary depending on the source of the artwork. If you purchase works from different galleries or artists, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

All packaging is provided by the artist or gallery and must comply with our high standards to ensure the safety of the artwork during transport.

We collaborate with trusted courier services or, where suitable, Royal Mail’s first-class service for shipping.

Artists and galleries are committed to delivering your artwork within 14 days. Should there be any delays, the artist or gallery will reach out to inform you promptly.

VAT and Additional Charges
VAT is already included in the artwork price, so the amount you see is the total cost you will pay. If your organization is VAT-registered, you can reclaim the VAT on your purchases. Rest assured, there are no hidden charges at any point.

Invoicing
A full VAT invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email after every purchase for your records.

Credit Card Security
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, our trusted payment provider. All transactions are protected with 128-bit encryption over a secure connection to ensure your payment details remain safe.
