These terms govern the business relationship between you and ArtCarma. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.5 Descriptions, weights, and sizes of goods are provided by the artists, and may not always be accurate.
2.6 If an ordered good is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or allow you to cancel, adjust, or modify your order.
2.7 Any refunds owed will be processed within 30 days.
2.8 Your contract is with ArtCarma, not the artists themselves. Communication regarding sales, returns, or refunds should be directed to us.
3.1 Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
3.2 We will cover any banking charges for payments received, while you will be responsible for any charges related to foreign currencies.
3.3 Exchange rate information is approximate and may change.
3.4 Payments must be made through the specified methods, without any deductions or set-offs.
4.1 You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when purchasing goods.
4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, provided you contact us within 3 months of your purchase.
5.1 Deliveries will be made to the address you specify in your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
5.2 If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, we will notify you and arrange a new date.
5.3 If goods are not available for simultaneous delivery, they may be sent in separate installments.
6. Orders outside Iran
6.1 Our goal is to provide goods internationally.
6.2 Any artwork shipped from a country other than the buyer’s location may incur additional charges (such as taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges) that the buyer must pay.
7.1 All returns must be coordinated directly with us, not the artist.
7.2 If you wish to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
7.3 Commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
7.4 Goods must be returned within 21 days, in their original condition, securely wrapped, with all packaging, and the delivery slip included.
7.5 Once the artist receives the returned goods, we will process a refund to your card within 30 days.
7.6 If goods are not returned, you remain liable for the cost.
7.7 We are not obligated to collect returned goods, but if we do, any associated costs will be borne by you.
8.1 We may make improvements to our website, content, or goods at any time, without prior notice.
8.2 Content may contain errors, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of the goods for your needs.
8.3 We disclaim any implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and legal compliance.
8.4 We are not responsible for content on external websites linked to from our site.
8.5 We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or purchase of goods.
8.6 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods you have purchased.
9.1 We own all intellectual property rights related to the content on our website. Any use of content without our permission is prohibited.

Goods provided without charge are not part of a service and are not subject to contractual obligations.

If any term is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to comply with applicable laws, and the rest of the agreement will remain valid.
Failure to exercise any rights does not waive those rights, nor does delay in enforcement constitute a waiver.
In case of a dispute, we agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith mediation before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.
We are not liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.
This agreement is governed by law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
